How can I track my order?

Your order will be packaged and sent out as soon as possible. As soon as it has been picked up by the freight company we will activate your parcel number, after which you will receive another email that includes the tracking link. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to be activated. If you do not received a tracking link, please customer@lablon.eu

 

How long is the delivery time?

We ship via trusted curier services. Deliveries might arrive after standard processing in: 

Germany: 1-4 working days. 
Europe: 4-6 working days
USA, Canada, Switzerland: 5-8 working days
Other countries: 5-12 working days

The ordered items will be shipped within 1-4 working days with standard procedure. If placed with express the same day for orders placed before 9am CET and next day for orders placed after 11am CET. 

Please note that a delay can occur during holiday seasons or other busy periods at the shipping company or due to a higher amount of orders. In this case we will contact you personally.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Your shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

When ordering from non-EU countries, customs duties and import fees are not included in the shipping costs. These fees may be charged directly to the recipient by customs. Lablon does not cover any of such fees. 

 

What happens if my parcel cannot be delivered? 

If you’re not in when we try to deliver your goods, and we’re not able to leave them in a safe secure place, the curier service might leave a card notifying you of the time we attempted delivery. Delivery might be attempted again or your parcel might be delivered to a pick up point.

 

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

In the event that your products are returned to us due to a failure to pick up your package or the delivery was declined, we will have to charge a fee of €30/30 USD/ 30 GBP/ 300 NOK/ 300 SEK/ 200 DKK. This covers shipping costs, as well as handling and restocking of the products. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

What happens if my package or my products arrive damaged?

If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to us customer@lablon.eu with your order number, photographs and a description detailing the issue. As soon as we have received the pictures and description, we will process your request.

 

EU RETURNS 

Can I return a product?

Yes, you are always welcome to return your order by the original method of payment as long as the item(s) are returned in a resalable condition - which means with original packaging, hang tag as well as security tag – within 14 days of receiving the order.

If you want to make a return or exchange your item, note that we don't add return labels in our packages. Instead inquiry you return with our team adding your order number, return item/s as well as return reason to an email to customer@lablon.eu

Please note:

Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving a product ordered or delivery at a pick up station — this applies to full-price articles only.

A provided and completed return form must be included with all returned items.

-          All items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted unless you’ve contacted us in advance with a specific claim and we've approved it. Please note, sale, pre orders including made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged. 

-        Please ensure your return package is securely sealed to prevent any damage during transit. A return/replenishment fee of €15/15USD as well as shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We do not cover return costs. 

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow us up to 5 days to review it and confirm your refund, which will be processed to the original method of payment.

RETURNS OUTSIDE EUROPE

At this time we are unable to offer free return and accept return shipments sent with unpaid duties or taxes in case of Non-Eu returns. Therefore, the cost of returning the goods must be covered by the customer. In this case we kindly ask the customer to track the return until its successull arrival at our warehouse.

 

I want to exchange my ordered item. How do I proceed?

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return steps.

REFUNDS

How long does it take for a returned item to refunded?

This may vary depending on the payment method you choose. 

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we give our best to review the returned item within few days. However it also depends on the chosen payment method on how fast the refund will be processed.
